If you need a letter of recommendation from our chair, please send an e-mail stating the purpose of the letter of recommendation as well as the deadline to Sekretariat.vanewijk@uni-mainz.de. Include a recent transcript of your grades & the courses you have taken, as well as a curriculum vitae and a short letter of motivation.
We will then contact you as soon as possible and if needed ask for further information as well as a personal meeting. Please understand that requests for letters of recommendation have to be sent to us at least two weeks before the final deadline at which you need to receive the letter.
